ADC itemization is so boring, it's always the same thing every time. You have three builds IE>boots>shiv/PD>BT/LW>LW/BT> defensive item or bork (usual adc build) Bork>boots and the rest of build 1 Triforce>boots and the rest of build 1
Ezreal is the only adc that has a versatile build path going into triforce or blue build Kalista is also unique not building crit and builds runaans

Their damage comes from AA and because of this, there will always be an optimal build path with LITTLE deviation. Mages have abilities that scale different, with cooldowns, and effects.

I agree with this, it's kind of hard to deviate from the "standard" adc build, unless it's the last two items or so, which could change depending on the situation and the other team. Which is probably why a lot of new players go for AD champs before learning to play mages (at least from what I've seen, and how I was taught to play).

Yeah, most of my friends who started after me tend to go with AD roles and transition to mid or top.
