Brand/Zyra/Annie supports:"More dmg than the adc as support lel"

Brand is okay as a supp, he buys rylais often and has both poke and burst and has a stun. Zyra has a root, also builds rylais as core, and has plants for poke and also has burst, her ult also provides CC if they stay in it long enough.

Annie, on the other hand, has a stun and burst and is a juggermage, shouldn't be a support. Put Annie back into mid where she belongs, please, the only supporty thing she provides is an AOE stun, which, imo, isn't enough.
