You can't refute it no more. All those times where you've said, "WTF? How did I die?" Well there you go you're not crazy after all. The random floating damage that happens randomly from time to time has been recorded first hand.

First video is a slowdown of garen hitting a Q empowered basic attack with shiv proc. Note how shiv comes out first. Second video is a reproduction of whats happening in that video but on the scuttler. Note how energized disappears from the buffs, scuttler dies, and garen just continues running.
