When you report a toxic player...
Moments later you get the notification that they're penalized. Hopefully the player got perma banned too. Being toxic on the PBE is just too much.

honestly the report u get back for reporting toxic players should tell you what type of punishment they get.

whats better is when that toxic player comes on the boards to argue their perma ban and then their post get deleted for being toxic
