Can we make Caitlyn more of a sniper?

Just a thought. With Jhin in the game, Caitlyn feels kind of overlooked in the sniper archetype. Can we give her the fastest, but smallest global in the game? Similiar to a Jhin bullet.

You could even keep the old functioning of the ability. Just make it so that if she wants to cast the global she holds down R and doesn't hover over an enemy. You could even play a loud gunshot noise like sion ult unless that gives away the ult too much. Or give it the bullet Doppler effect whizzing noise as it gets closer it gets louder. It would be really fast, but hard to hit, would work well if someone stepped on a trap at low health though.
