Zoe can re-cast Q while under stasis
Is this intentional? Tried in practice tool after being bard ulted and being allowed to cast the second part of q in my last game. Works with zhonyas as well.

maybe about as intentional as ryze being able to stasis ult.
I don't think its intentional or else allow Gragas, Anivia, Lux to cast while being Stasist.
well its a 2 part cast so it is not the same thing as them.
I don't know. i feel Bard is buggy right now. I had a game where I ulted a Vel Koz mid ult several times and he was still able to channel his ult. So, maybe not completely a Zoe thing as a fucked up spaghetti code Bard ult thing?
It must be intentional because it would have to be specifically coded to do so, unlike most other recasts
