Trundle needs a weakness

To get it out of the way yes I'm a whiny silver 3 trash player who just needs to get good or quit.

Just give him an actual weakness other than being melee. That's all I want. I know if he doesn't manage his mana well in the early game or if he's just not smart with his ability placement he's screwed but that's not a champion weakness that's a player weakness. I can't count on my opponent sucking. He can play a passive game build super tanky and out trade a whole team after he's done nasus level farming or he can go full tard on you in lane with every champ in the game losing that duel and there's no real trade off for going with either playstyle aside from game length.

I can't really point to one thing to bring him in line simply because he has no real weakness so please anyone who matters find him one and then try to balance him from there.

<- Trundle's one of my mains. He doesn't need to be nerfed. Mages need to be buffed. Yes, he counters both ADCs and Juggernaughts by stealing their stats. He can't very well steal mage stats. He's vulnerable to CC or being kited.

... but don't worry, he'll be nerfed because RIOT can not tolerate anything having a strength against ADCs.

Mages are not in a good spot, hopefully the rework helps. ADCs are in the best shape and it seems like anything that stands in their way gets nerfed. "OMG, if I let Poppy sit on my soft lil back liner ADC Champ for a decent amount of time I die even though she built full DEF! Lets disregard my poor positioning and cry for nerfs cause I think my ADC should be able to 1v1 a tank that's sitting ontop of them!"

I feel that giving some much needed love to mages will help round out the game. Cause so much right now is focused on AD ... people seem to forget that mages ever even played a role.

This is a Trundle rant page. Hate/love on the blue hammer munchkin elsewhere pleae.

That aside since I semi main swain and vlad top I wouldn't say no to mage love.

I don't want him nerfed I just want him to have a weakness other than being melee cause cc and kiting are all melee's weakness. Preferably in the early game where you could deny him getting items and punish him without calling for constant jungle or mid assistance. Trundle should always be a dueling nightmare but with the item changes and mastery changes (Grasp of the Undying) he's just generally oppressive to have on an enemy team cause he will get farmed if not fed in his lane.
