Riot might want to consider putting a little note in-game saying this doesn't apply to true damage. I was very sad to test this in a bot game and find it that I can't get a surprise smite bonus or get a few extra points of ignite damge.
I'm also a little curious as to why you might not want it to amp true damage? Aside from the nightmare of seeing Vlad and Darius teaming up for a double ult on the whole team >.>

Wait, it was worse then Zed's ult getting increased damage from ignite?
Im so bad yuck1 votesZed's ult is dealing a % of all Physical and Magical damage dealt. Therefore it kinda was worse, because Zed ain't dealing any bonus damage using Ult+Ignite.
