he has no dashes, he has minimal crowd control, free damage, seriously mad sustain, and can say 'fuck you' to crowd control.

Pretty much everyone.
You actually managed to find a juggernaut after a couple false starts.
Deadman's Plate, BoTRK for chase, Maw of Malmortius and Spirit Visage are all very good items for him, in no particular order.
he doesnt need bork to chase. if youre doing it right, he can spam axes to chase someone down and in melee range to stick. mallet would help aswell.
he gets sustain from his w and attack speed from his passive to make good use of the on hit damage on titanic hydra. with running ult, dead mans shouldnt get disabled even if he gets hit by cc.
sheen procs amplified by steraks for some extra damage from the axe spam.
