well, the whole reason he is op right now is two fold. One, cause he does stupid amounts of damage, and gets pretty tanky. But he was like this before too. The thing is NOW runic echoes is a thing, and it gives movespeed, which is why its so strong on him. Because with this, he is boviously a lot faster, and thus harder to kite. Which is why i have been banning him for a while now XD
