Is League Even Fun Anymore...
This game is based on the idea that you have a 50/50 chance to win or lose. And I've heard many people say, if you lose a game, it's your fault.
I don't agree with that. I feel like that no matter how good you are, you can't win a 1v9. If 4 of your teammates feed like crazy, don't listen to pings, they don't ping, they flame, afk, make bad calls, all these things. How is it my fault if I lose?
I used to play this game for fun. Back when I played bots, blind, and then draft. When I started playing ranked, I realized that I was playing to WIN. Not for fun. Sure, it was fun to win. But I started to play this game to prove that I'm capable of reaching (silver, gold, diamond, etc) and less for "fun".
I feel like in lower elo, ranked is a joke to many. I've had my fair share of afks, people calling me many terrible things, and trolls. And I hate it when people just bought a champ then try it in ranked. Or people who try to change the "meta" by playing Bard Jungle.
Also, whats the point of playing a game where 50% of the time you're not having fun?
One last thing. I hate it when I win a game, and I earn 10 LP. Then I lose, and lose 20 LP. I get that it's because of my MMR, which riot won't tell anyone, because "REASONS". So I was like, how do I get more MMR? Well, I found out you get more MMR by winning - seems simple, right? Guess what. It's not. The system doesn't take in account of afks and trolls on your team. So you will lose, making your MMR go down. Making it all backfire.
In conclusion, I feel like this game is a never ending cycle of playing games where you only have fun 50% of the time. The community is one of the worst I've ever seen, and riot is trying to make the most money possible, and not listening to there community. Then end.
