nerf mordekaiser

this monster needs his rylais taken away permaslow is stupid. i always lose duels when i go akali my main. he gets tons of free dmgerinos and whats worse is that he gets a free copy of me when i die its so dumb also the dot ultimate is tilting wtf he literally transfers cancer to me and i cant get rid of it why? billions of hitpoints from his op shield i cant escape him so he kills me. of course i deserve challenger but cant make it because mordekaiser mains have broken the game

remove his rylais and dont give him a substitute item or stats buff and he should be good to go.
