Can we please not ruin sylas anymore?

Sylas was good over tuned albeit but a fun unique champion. why can he not be aloud to jungle? that's not exactly in the riot spirit of go where you want. I love sylas and wanted to add him to my mains but the constant nerfs and now hes not even really sylas if this rework goes through i think a lot of sylas players are just going to give up on him D:
