Riot you have shown that time and time again your reworks 70% of the time turn the champion into something unsalvageable and destroy what they were. Case and point kayle, galio, ryze, akali just leave him alone till you figure out what your actually doing I have stopped playing him even tho i love him recently due to the fact I'm just prepping myself for another extreme let down just letting you know Teemo goes like akali i quit.

Riot cannot figure out how to balance Solitaire so.... why give them credit enough to balance a champion much less 140+ of them.
You know Teemo's kit changes on the PBE have not only come and gone several times, through several iterations, but they are doing exactly what you are asking and trying to figure out what they're going to do with it. That's why're they're testing versions on the PBE. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
Plus, Teemo is old as fuck and desperately needs a VGU.
