I have qued 2 times over the first all 3 times the winner was someone WHO DIDN'T GET JUST GOLD OR NOTHING. Every time i get like 2 gold and MAYBE 1 item its bs its unfair and i don't see how you honestly think it deserves a ranked mode.
So... maybe you're focusing too hard on "getting gold" (I'm assuming you mean Level 3 [three star] champs) and not enough on synergies and itemization?
Champion level (1/2/3) is just one part of it. If you're only looking for champions when you are in the carousel, and you're rerolling frequently, that's not a sign that it's unfair, that's a sign that you have a horrible tactic.
