A New Reward for Honor

So the new Honor System is great, I'm glad we all agree, but here's an idea I had for something else good players could receive for high honor:

Honor Level 4 and higher could receive special "Chroma Essence" that players could use to buy chromas instead of with IP or RP. And since players have to own the skin and champion beforehand, it's not a complete moneysink for Riot!
