Rumble winrate

He doesn't need a buff, rumble is amazing in the right conditions.

Everything around him needs nerfed as every bruiser and jugg can easily all in him without caring.. he's a lane bully, but in this current meta everything in top lane is a lane bully. He can succeed and is good just everything around him is much more reliable and less skill dependant.

I played Rumble from season 2-5 (I'm a real casual that rarely plays ranked or improves.) but since the new masteries he just can't keep pace. People gained sustain top which was one of his major counters. (Thanks Fiora and Darius update). But I know if he gets even the smallest over buff he will melt anyone in lane. His Q is not to be taken lightly. It will straight shred people.
