The last time we saw a 125 range melee champ introduced was Zac in 3/29/13 and Braum 5/12/14.
Since Braum there have been 6 champions introduced (soon to be 7). Between Braum and Zac there were 7 champs introduced.
Most of the new melee (yas, aatrox) have ranges 150+.
What's going on?
Regarding yasuo... not to mention his q which is up like every second and can crit lol. And it has pretty crazy range on it too. a 475-unit line. And 900 on nado. And its like an auto that goes through champions hitting more than one. Idk too many spells that can do that much DMG to multiple champs that also has such low CD and can lifesteal off of...
Imo yasuo got nerfed from release but I think they should have hit his q instead. Maybe it can crit first champ for full but others have less DMG like with zed. Going off on a yasuo tangent though he he. I get carried away.
Tham has 200 range.
my biggest gripe is that certain champions can hit over another minion and last hit (hecarim) and other champions get weird pathing and go stand next to another minion in order to last hit, often putting yourself in bad spot in relation to the enemy top laner (such as trundle) ((even though hes got the massive giant club))
