i think pd is busted, passive too good and stats too high
synergizes too well with some champs, like 
snowballs harder tbh, gives higher range for better chase
this has been like this since the PD rework and the release of rapidfire cannon
just remove it already, its useless unless you're playing lightning

I only use it on select champions that have some form of abusable auto-related ability (like Jhin's 4th bullet, or Caitlyn's Headshot passive). Otherwise, SS offers more AS, and more damage from the Energized effect (it can crit+it can hit multiple targets).

pretty much, and its still not as good as a PD tryn either, since he will get the movespeed from the passive, 10% more atk speed, and 12% fuckin dmg reduction for 50 less gold...

Tryn gets enough movespeed and attack speed out of the shiv. The 12 percent reduction doesn't matter due to him building full squish and his ult.
The wave clear and magic dmg burst is what he needs and shiv is the best at it

BLACK REALM GOD1 voteswhy when he could just bring ghost and boom save himself 2550 gold. that 12% damage reduction from last target hit doesnt work in a huge crowd. statikk shiv and guardian angel does. it's all about what you want to do with your build. if he's just spinning nonstop in one place then he's likely to do more damage to a crowd with statikk shiv

Requiemsfire1 votesI actually still like Statikk shiv especially since it deals a little bit of burst damage and gives you really fast waveclear where 1 auto can almost clear the entire wave.
Crimzyn1 votesI like taking Shiv on Eve for the extra burst. Its really nice. Even playing AP Eve I take this as one of my last items because adding this with Runic Echos I can make people poo themselves with what I hit them with.

It's stats would be fine if it werent also 300 g cheaper than the alternatives.
