I miss AP Xin Zhao.

I'm sure many of you remember building ap on . Back when season 6 started, Riot dramatically lowered the ap scaling on his W and slightly lowered it on his E due to the recently reworked Guinsoo's Rageblade being incredibly OP on him. (In my opinion, the nerfs didn't change much about his synergy with guinsoo's, but that's an unrelated topic.)

So now Guinsoo's has been reworked again, but has been pretty much ignored since early 2016. I guess I'm just a little nostalgic about the good old days when you'd get infinite heals for buying a deathcap, but I really miss my boy.

Is Riot intent on keeping his new kit the way it is in order to keep AP out of possibility? If not, then I'd love to see him come back.
