So i made a board a bit ago, saying not to buff fizz's ap ratios when you nerf base damage, because it most likely won't fix anything. he will benefit off the little ap more and still have the tankiness and sheen proc off Triforce. and of course,they buff his ratios. 120% scaling for doing nothing but two autos?
Joxcab3 votesI think you're forgetting that the nerfs are to the regular W. AKA, the empowered W got three times the base damage nerfs.
AP Fizz was perfectly balanced, he didn't need nerfs. Which base damage still hurts. So he got compensation in scaling.

I've talked to players about many things which are no broken today that the changes were unnecessary and no one liked to listen. Lucian is a prime example right now.
