So when are we gonna fix Ornn's E to do what it was supposed to do?

His E was supposed to be buffed so that when he charges a little before his pillar expires, that it would extend it's duration till his dash is done, but It doesn't do so at all and basically sucks that it doesn't cause I find this would add good power to his Kit without it being an actual number change to his spells. I've played him a good bit recently and this would be such a nice mechanic on him for laning but Riot either forgot to implement it, or those notes were listed in error from testing. Please Fix him.
