I have no problem with autofilled supports. On average, the community seems to get that if you get support, even if you didnt chose it, you play support. You can even play an off meta support. However, there should be acceptable dodges for those games where you get "I didnt queue support, wtf fuck yall Im jungle" (WrathRage13, seriously, fuck these guys.) So please Riot, let me dodge those games without having to wait half an hour to play again.

5 min wait, unless you dodge often. If you dodge that much, you pretty much deserve penalties.

That said, voting to dodge has been suggestion before, but there are some significant flaws that arise with abuse cases that prevent it from being implemented.
