Mage Rework Suggested Champs, These Need More Help

Here is a list of Mages that could use more interesting abilities/passives:

Karthus Karthus - One of the Lowest play rates in League, now that matches are shorter, he's never going to be viable, he won't get a chance to scale Galio Galio - Barely above Karthus though not a pure mage, an anti-mage tank that well still is like a mage Malzahar Malzahar - Because he's one dimensional, a champ for newcomers, E auto-farm, W-R, retreat. No mechanics, low skill ceiling Kennen Kennen - A a stint of popularity last year for the teamfight CC, but really has been low pick for a long time, never see him anymore Cassiopeia Cassiopeia - Because of all the partial reworks, she's kind of a mess, great champ, but she's all E spam, what if her snake tail could do a choke hold??? I think this has been a long standing sore area, she seems to have gotten partial reworks that got left half done Zyra Zyra - her passive could be more interesting than a delayed chance to maybe snipe, plants could be things that can live in bushes long term also, or be able to share roots and expand a network, or better interaction between them, maybe plants could be Trees if she stacks seeds and can create blocking terrain

More Controversial:

Annie Annie - Cause her abilities are actually really boring. She's played because she has a stun/aoe-stun, it's her CC and obnoxiously high AP ratios that makes her a pick, doesn't mean she is interesting to play though Ziggs Ziggs - Bouncing bombs are cool, but this Yordle could have more creativity in bomb-tactics. He basically throws bombs, but bombs can be used in all kinds of ways... remote detonated bombs... His passive is kind of bland, maybe throwing bombs isn't the only thing he should be able to do....

Does Not Really Need Work or Major Changes:

Brand Velkoz

I think Kennen is in a fine place, don't want him reworked. He can duel, he can team fight, he can play AP, can play tanky support, can play AD, there's so much versatility to his kit imo.

Looks at Karthus and his really good laning phase. And sees this post................. And all of the guys you suggested are skillshot based a lot or requires you to move around it. Are you probably salty that you can never dodge one. No offense meant.

Annie should be kept for the sole reason she's the most noob-friendly mage.

The game needs low skill floor/cap champions like Annie.
