I honestly hope you're trolling right now, or being sarcastic.

Actually Soraka does take skill to play. Q is not an easy ability to land. It's very delayed, and super easy to dodge, for an ADC especially. You need to position it to make sure the enemy champion has little room to escape it.

Her E ability is also difficult to land, and you need to think about where the champions will move so you can activate the root. When you do time it and position it correctly during fights, it's devastating though. I also use it for escapes.

I like to build item 3069 item 3504 item 3065 item 3060 item 3190 item 3157 item 3117 . These are my favorite items to choose from, and I only play her support. Sometimes I will build item 3222 item 3116 item 3050 item 3089 item 3110 . It's situation though.

I also take HP regen and armor runes now with Soraka and max W first. Ambulance Soraka is back in the mix again. The trick to playing Soraka outside of learning how to deal with her delays and resource management, is realizing that you're normally the second priority on the enemy team's delete list after your ADC. It can be a pretty wild ride. I'm not too sad that her ult removes grievous wounds, it's BS anyways. However I can see why she is banned frequently for a support in higher tier play.
