When will they ACTUALLY balanced? Because im tired of people not banning fiora then seeing a frioa magically carrying the team with only her Q. At this point id rather fight AP YI, Old Fiora, Release Xin, Release Zyra, and Graves(pre nerfs) all on the same team. Probably wont get a response from riot but hey gotta ask,
