@riot Direction of Olaf buffs

Im not sure the buffs are goomg the right direction as far as making him more viable. i dont think buffing the stats is the way to make him more viable. I think if they just elaborated on giving him successful ways to stay on targets similar to the speed boost he gets when he ults but maybe add a contigency like if he kills his opponent or something he gets a burst of speed and rage.

I just feel as if olaf needs something similar to the juggernaut update lvl of changing where you dont change his core identity but focus more on his strenghts and what makes him good not just buff his stats.
