Olaf Changes?

Riot in your 5.9 patch notes you say "Adding a speed boost doesn't solve all of Olaf's problems." I would like to know if you guys are actively looking to buff him in the future within his kit or numbers because i feel as if he is just given some very minor buff. Now i extremely appreciate any buff given to my bro but in the patch prior that you buffed him you noted something to the same effect as it doesn't solve all of Olafs problems. Im just wondering if you guys would state his problems that you think they are and then elaborate when you might be working on him
