Remember when Blitzcrank was a top ban?

Ah, those were the days. When if you wanted to play an immobile ADC, all you had to do was get Blitz banned and you could then lane with at least a semblance of safety.

Then Thresh was introduced.

Now, unless you're willing to waste 2/3 of your bans to allow a single strategy, you have to last pick your immobile ADC or be countered hard in lane.

So, clearly the answer is we have to rework all immobile ADCs into mobile ADCs. This is clearly the better option than reworking these two champions.
