Nautilus passive buff for current meta?
I love nautilus, he's my favorite champion, just currently he feels somewhat lacking in a way, yes he's a cc machine, however that's all he has to offer currently, he's slow ( which I'm fine whit him being slow, afterall if he reaches you he's supposed to make it hell for you to get away) however damage wise whit all the tank getting max hp damage built in their dmg or champs getting shield rivalizing naut's ( shen, ekko tham and the likes) something that could boost him abit could be a % of max hp dmg on hit from his passive, since it has a cooldown already on the same target, it wouldnt be spammable and would make him more viable in the jungle again.
so i did the maths, and say you replace the flat damage on his passive for 5 to 7% of enemy max hp using mf and draven as template which at lvl 18 have 1975 hp not counting masteries or runes of course and at 5% his passive before armor reduction would hit for 98 dmg and 138 at 7% which his current passive at lvl 18 deal 110 flat, so the difference wouldnt be that high, the main peopleit would hit would be other tanks and bruisers aswell as give him an easier time in the jungle.
