effect buff/debuff display location

this might me be nitpicking or something to get used to, but the change in the buff display now being in the lower left corner over the champion display and items feels weird to me, am I the only one who thinks so ? Mostly as a jungler i tend to have many buffs and feel that it somewhat clogs the corner whit a bunch of small icons abit and since its not above the skill bar, feels less clear for when your in combat for buffs and debuffs ( example spell weaving). this change while minor seems to go against the whole clarity of play from riot, at least in my eye. anyone else feels the same ? should they go back to displaying the buffs atop of the skill bar
