What if ALL boot enchantments gave "Visiting the shop increases drastically the regeneration of health and mana" just like homeguard? I feel like the majority of mana champion builds lack any early and mid game mana regeneration and rely on homeguard to restore mana. Is this true? Would it be bad for the game if boots other than Homeguard healed you faster at the fount?

What if the fountain healed faster? Thoughts?
