This Janna update on PBE feels like a real joke
W - Zephyr Mana Cost removed New Effect: If Zephyr hits a champion Janna regains 40-80 Mana and her cooldowns are reduced by 2 seconds.
E - Eye of the Storm Cooldown 10 >>>> 13 seconds Cost increased 70-110 mana >>>> 90-130 mana
If this goes through I'm honestly going to stop playing Janna. Enchanter characters
have a 4-5s downtime, when using their shield when not building CDR.
This new iteration of Janna has a downtime of 8!!! seconds (6 if she uses Zephyr).
Using Zephyr as a harassing tool to reset cooldown times is definetly worth it regarding Janna's Ultimate.
However, losing Zephyr's passive makes Janna much weaker and slower. Also she's losing a huge portion of protection her shield can grant by reducing it's effective usability.
It feels awful to play her like this, and even though I think she needs some tuning, starting to nerf her without any compensation will just leave her as a bad support pick.
