Ziggs is critically underpowered.
In this world of hyper mobile hugely tanky damager dealers.... ziggs is really underpowered. His movespeed and projectiles are too slow, his ratios too low.
Nerf the tanky damage dealers or buff ziggs.

He is by far not underpowered.
He may be the most overpowered mid laner unless you add Yasuo into the equation. You just need to learn to play him. He can basically kill turrets in under a second, especially late game. He is a safe champion, and does major damage but requires you learning to land skill shots.
Trust me, a good Ziggs is just strong.
i think ziggs is a champ that requires patience ( because lets be honest his kit screams camp me in lane )
But i do also think that once laning phase is done, ziggs can definitly be a power house.
I cant tell you how many team fights ive won simply because we had a champ just poking and getting good damage before the fight actually started...
ziggs R does massive damage too. idk man i dont see ziggs being a bad champ lol

Well, he technically is sitting at a 51% win rate. The main problem is getting used to landing his Q. It's pretty difficult.
Please, he is underpowered.

nobody enjoys ziggs sitting and afk waveclearing until 50 minutes, so no buffs, ty
