Expand Champ diversity... One and Done method.

So in tourney play we see alot of the same champs over and over and over and over... So, hows about this.

Your team can only use a champ once during tournament play.

So you pick a power champ... thats the one time your team gets to use them for the tournament.

You will see alot more diversity when you can't pick the same power champs over and over.

Because you would be royally fucking over the players. They already train for 10+ hours every single day trying to pin down different comps and strategies. How many more do they need to spend trying to figure out how to cram every single champ into a comp?

I dont understand what part of this is hard to understand. Certain champs just dont have kits that are viable at a competitive level. They will never be played except for rare occasions where a champ is massively overbuffed.

This shit is beyond selfish with absolute disregard for the people who play at a competitive level. They're not your monkeys to make dance

There aren't enough champs in every position for this to be viable.

Actually that would bring a real strategy dynamic into play. Best of 5, do we bring the power champs out in game one hoping to tilt the other team and winning the entire best of 5? Intresting idea I like it.

Yeah, good luck not having shitty matches when you've moved down to 25th tier picks in the finals.

So you want pro play to become a game of luck?

This sounds good in theory, with us, the viewers, being able to see all sorts of champions played. However, this would make competitive play very... bad. The reason the pros play these champions again and again is because they are the best champions to play with a coordinated pro team. They play the best champions to win a professional game, not solo queue champions like amumu or annie.
