His passive plus 
seems like easy clearing to me. He has mobility in his W and E to go through walls and land on someone with a stun. His ult is a big knock back. So he should be built as AP jungle bruiser. Get 
to permaslow everything. Thoughts?
The range on his passive is too high. Except for Gromp and the big bird jungle creeps are melee and would be inside his passive range. You would have to kite the camps at the perfect range at all times without them reseting. His ganks would be solid but no stronger than other junglers and you could just roam from mid lane. Also I am guessing that Roa is core on him and potentially seraphs which are hard to buy out of the jungle. (edit more info) He also looks like he is going to be fairly gold dependent because hes going to want so hard core spell effect items.
