Silly little me decides to do a normal blind pick and get an S with Shyvana to get a hextech chest.

I get an S with Shyvana and so the chest, i got happy but i don't hype chests since as i usually get i was expecting a useless tahm icon or something similar.

Me casually just opening hextech chest HEXTECH ANNIE? WHAT THE FUDGE. How rare is this thing???

I mean i don't play Annie, at all. But i feel proud. Is this a sign that my luck is still alive and kicking?

Don't really know it's price range. I did manage to get an "Annie in Wonderland" Shard. (No way I can afford to enchant it though.)

I also got surprise party fiddlesticks. (And upped that one Right away)
