teemo needs a nerf to his shro0m slow.

azir's slow is at most times a 50% slow for 1 second... 1 second? that is like a hiccup that no one even notices when most slows are at the very very least 2 seconds. teemo's shrooms are 5 SECONDS EACH AND EASILY REFRESHABLE. can it be nerfed to a 1 second slow please? its im possible to go anywhere near top lane without being perma slowed to a crawl.

They already nerfed his shroom damage, if they nerf the slow they should up the damage to the way it was. Fair's fair right?
