uhh why?

wukong doesn't have to use decoy unless he wants to a) juke the ult or b) gtfo

if he uses it properly in case b), you can't reengage on him anyway so the point is moot.

So basically, if he wants to fight you, you never get to use your ult. If he doesn't want to fight you, you can't ult him anyway.

Yeah I can reengage on him, it's simple, once he decoys, I can Q to the decoy and then Q to him then ult, simple.

How are you winning a fight without using Q in the first place. You're saving a damage ability while he is saving a non-damaging ability...

Q is on like a 6 second CD with the build and ability max I go with so I can use it again easily.

I max Q first which takes no time at all and getting 10% CDR from item 3134 puts it on a 7.2 second CD which isn't long at all.
