When you have a good game and you worked well with your teammates, then try to stick with them in future games. Just ask if they want to play again.
Also, having a bad game does not mean he or she is an intentional feeder ESPECIALLY in bronze and silver. I remember once where I had a yasuo mid who fed his laner fizz and was 1/11 at one point in the game. We were losing bad but I decided to just babysit the yas and eventually he got fed and we won the game.
So my tips are: BE NICE TO EVERY TEAMMATE, especially the feeding ones because they probably are on tilt now and need the support; focus on objectives, especially in a 4v5, since if you ward well and are playing champs like Rengar, then you can split push with ease and it generally gets people off your turrets; work on your own skill and map awareness, I mean you are only Silver so you clearly still have a lot to learn; BE POSITIVE AND NEVER GIVE UP NO MATTER HOW BAD A GAME GETS; and try to queue with teammates you had a good game with and did exceptionally well.
Trust me it all evens out eventually, I had a lot of AFKs when I hit plat. I mean in my last stream, I had 4 of my 5 games with AFKs. Got demoted to Gold 1, but then after that, I got lucky and the enemy team had the same bad luck I did and I got promoted back to plat and am almost in my plat 4 promos. So yeah, it evens out in the end.
Also, remake feature should be implemented soon (if not already) for those afks that afk from the start.
And the AFKs do get punished for it with leaver buster and LP loss. And if you report or submit a ticket with game details, screenshots, or recording of the game, then they can for sure punish the toxics if you are worried that the automated report system won't.
