well, I fought my way up from silver 4 to silver 1 one game from ranked, and now I'm on a mass loosing streak I can't recover from. I can't seem to compete. Gold 5 last year before leaving the ranked scene, I play minimum an hour a day I realy think it's a problem with the champion. Eve just can't compete or Gank efficiently unless the Player your working with commits with you, unfortunately in most games that's not going to happen. I had a 2 level lead on Warwick in one of those games I had tiamat he had Hunters knife and a potion. he still killed me in a 1v1 fight.

Well there is a few things wrong with this, first off you spent 1200g on tiamat on eve, that's not needed and a bad purchase tbh. Gold would be much better towards runic echoes, 2nd off WW has innate sustain in his kit if you are fighting a full health even 75% health WW and do not burst him immediately to death, hes going to just outheal your damage, a tiamat is not enough of an item advantage early game vs someone that can sustain as well as WW for a prolonged exchange. Especially without an execute or CC on your champion both of which eve doesnt have. Eve is actually an incredible ganker not to mention she has the factor of being eve. She forces enemies to play differently or be punished and forces them to invest more money into pink wards than normal. If you gank at the right opportunity more often than not your lane partner IS going to go in with you. Especially if you notify him you are coming to gank.

WW has long been one the best 1v1s in the game.

The rework didnt change that

I was building into HP tank, I find with the new lethality changes I can't do much of anything way too squishy, I managed to push my way to silver 1 Buliding Hydra/cinderhulk, but I haven't had any success as AP just out right destroyed with no hope.

Kingmasternate said it all about the specifics, I just want to talk about the elo/mmr.

Silver 1-2 elo is extremely difficult at the beginning of the season, Gold 2 last season I'm currently stuck in silver 3-4.

You will be playing against gold/plat players more often than not at this MMR(silver1-2), your teammates might be bronze/silver so you have to carry them insanely hard since the skill gap is enormous. I suggest you play meta junglers and spot your best player and gank for him early, this really is your best chance.

If you let a little bit of time pass it will be easier to get where you belong, people will downgrade to bronze and some will reach high gold/low plat so games will be more balanced :)
