Just wait for next patch when the new AP itemization hits. Liandry's will be doing max HP damage instead of current HP, making it complete bullshit on Brand taking 14% of people's HP with just your passive and the item.
Riot has overbuffed him Ive said this since his buff release 2% -> 4% per stack is HUGE

Brand's wave clear is trash/ mana inefficient and slow Brand has medium to below average spell ranges Brand does not have a single defensive, movespeed, mobilty, healing ability and is incredibly squishy Brand's CC is conditional and requires setup from previous spells unlike most people who have CC from 1 spell Brand support just happens because he counters shield supports, but he doesnt help his own ADC survive His 1v1 sucks His potential depends on how stupid enemies are for standing close together.
Also those buffs were for Mid Brand who has always had terrible match ups and massive problems.
While dogshit cancer like Kat and Yasuo run around, you are complaining about someone who is actually healthy design and makes actual decisions.
His passive alone already does almost half of your health. I was against a support one, he ulted my support, i got hit by two bounces and the passive explosion. When i saw, my health was reduced from 9085% to 1020%. lol
