Swains Q and R should scale off HP instead of AP also he runs oom too fast

also any chance on adding tooltip that swain actually moves slower in Demonic Bird Form?

he needs more mana recovery on his Q

by removing the double Q damage to minions, you made his cs game weak as hell!
