The nerfs to Fiora on PBE do nothing to mitigate her oppressive all-in.

....or anything really. Upping the cooldown on the 2 skills she will only use once each in her all-in is completely useless.

Her passive can never exist in a balanced state, but if you really want to keep that "theme" then it makes the most sense to nerf her q. As it is right now, as soon as she sees you in lane and knows she is somewhat even or ahead she will run at you, turn on ult, and then proceed to spam Q chase you until you're dead, using W and E both once. The higher CDs will change absolutely nothing about this.

She's supposed to be an oppressive all-in champion. Just like Master Yi, Xin, and Jax. They are duelist style champs.

The changes to her CDs is to allow the enemy champ laning against her more time to counter poke because her E now has a slightly longer cd as well as her W.

They're nerfing Riposte to increase her windows of vulnerability, and they're nerfing Bladework so she can't buffer the cooldown and use it twice in a row for burst. She's supposed to have a strong all-in. She's the Grand Duelist.

Shes always had a strong all in, it'd be retarded to change that now. Oh and your whole " but if you really want to keep that "theme" then it makes the most sense to nerf her q" shit, nerfing her Q is not sticking to that theme, shes supposed to be agile and fast, in fact, by her lore/theme she is renowned across the continent for her speed, so ya know, nerfing that wouldn't stick to her theme.
