Completely unacceptable now that people know how to play her, if the other team gets her and janna you might as well dodge. Really ridiculous that she got no changes this patch. If you're gonna leave her like this then taric needs to be buffed to top tier or something.

She was changed. She now requires more Attack speed to jump around at a faster rate-slower auto attack animation=less jumping.
She was nerfed.

Not sure if you didn't read the patch notes or didn't understand how attack animation wind ups work. She now takes longer to hop after an autoattack than before.
