State of Ekko

The assassin update was meant to give delay to assassins damage as a form of counterplay. It just recently dawned on me that Ekko was the first example of a delay on assassinations. His three hit passive really is what seals the deal in most cases and thus his damage is delayed do to either his Q returning or a second basic attack. The delay always is what kinda held him back from being the go to pick for AP assassin, LB could pop faster.

Now with every assassin having a delay, I feel that Ekko will be making a comeback.
