literally. none of my masteries or builds were affected by the .22 patch. im confused about the rank system because i couldnt find solo and duo queue. is it not up yet or is it part of flex queue or is something broken?

the only question left is why didnt spell vamp get added back and spell penetration get changed to something like force or disintegrate or arcane or wisdom or whatever.

solo/duo queue won't be up until next week some time. No idea why.
