Katarina needs to be buffed.

Katarina is very weak right now and needs alot of changes to make her good again.

Here is what I think would make her a viable pick again:

Passive: Champion kills or assists reset Katarina's spells entirely.

Q: Increase damage to: 80 / 95 / 115 / 150 / 175 (+50% AP), Bonus magic damage increased to 30 / 50 / 75 / 90 / 125 (+30% AP)

Why does Katarina's W even scale with AD?

W: Increase damage to: 50 / 85 / 125 / 175 / 210 (+75% AP)

Why was Katarina's E even nerfed?

E: Katarina blinks to the target unit or allied ward and reduces incoming damage by 75% for 3.5 seconds. Increase damage to: 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+50% AP)

R: Katarina rapidly spins in place and channels for 2.5 seconds, throwing a dagger every 0.25 seconds to each nearby enemy champion, up to a maximum of 3 at a time, dealing them magic damage and applying Grievous Wounds for 3 seconds, and stunning each enemy for 1.5 seconds. Damage per dagger increase to: 55 / 85 / 125 (+50% AP)

Now people who've spent years on mastering can finally play a viable champion again.
