I go 11-7 this month, but I am getting 13-14 LP for a win and losing 22-23 LP for a loss...

On the real though, take a break for few days and come back and try to not to take it as seriously as one normally would cause at the end of the day its just a game. Cant let a few bad games ruin the rest of the day type of deal, ya know?
