Galio is fine

=> Abyssal scepter changed to match Galio (gives hp) (no longer gives AP)

=> Galio over buffed (from 6% flat max health AP damage to 90% health at 1000 AP)

=> Galio nerfed (if no AP is built the % health damage is 0 which works even better [/s] with abyssal mask passive) (AP required to reach the pre-buff levels is 200 AP)

=> SO....buying abyssal is useless if you are going tank unless someone else on your team does AP damage. Buying abyssal is useless when you are going AP, cuz can't hold all these AP items that actually give AP.

=> Multiple other tank/fighter champions that deal shit tons of damage with their % health while building tank (One damage item is whatever) [Ornn, Shen, Gnar, Poppy, Chogath]

=> Not salty

=> Definitely not salty
